not possible. if ntek remasters they get money, exclusivity, or both. if they acquire exclusive rights, they build their business with titles others don't have (for however long bragging rights last and if others want to stream/broadcast it they pay ntek a royalty)

ntek will go after live streaming to make a name

concerts
4k studios twitch-style game streaming

and build out channels and/or distribute for others
being able to stream under 10mbps has advantages
just as being small, hungry and getting there first does too

do some price comparison shopping. sony and others also charge more than ntek does for ultrahd. i also think the adult content will do well (motels, hotels, casino's, et. al.)
