Do those fools like Finston, Perry and now the Goble writer really believe that FITX hasn't been investigated and are now just calling for someone to go after FITX. There is no doubt in my mind that the SEC has looked at FITX just like any other mmj company trading on the OTC market and if anything was in doubt they would've halted the stock a long time ago, period!

The CEO responded to those clowns in the last piece put out by the Golbe and he said no laws have been broken and I doubt he would've said that if it wasn't true!

Curious though is that the fella from the Globe never indicated how he got in contact with the CEO to get his response.
