Here's the scoop. According to TDA, this stock needs to trade through DTC. When it does there will be no problem. They told me right now through TDA it will only settle through physical certificates. They said I could get my physical certificates for $500. But still could not trade through them. Maybe I could transfer that way. I would rather TDA just trade again.
