In 2013 we went from .15 to .45 and then .45 to $1.00. However completely different company at the time as well as share structure. In July of 2013 there was only 8m shares in the float so it was a double edge sword. At .15 cents to .20 cents if you owned 500k shares 7.14% of the float. Why do I point that out as evidenced what took place july 12th 2013 the stock in the last 27 minutes of trading collasped from .90 cents to .413 cents on only 440k shares down 60% on the day. Those 440k which comprised of 4 retail investors I later learned. One in particular I find out after the fact changed his price on the ticket 20 times and the MM's saw this and crushed the stock because of the "very low" float in july 2013. Rapimeds at that time had it come to the market was in an enviable position as jnj was off the market do to major issues with its product. We will never know but had Rapimeds executed and came to the market in the USA at that time with a very very very tiny float of 7m to 8m shares it truly could of had legs. Only 440k shares 3 retail investors knocked it down which at the time represented about 7% of the float.

Now the float has broadened out with 75m shares which in a lot of ways is better as if that same 440k was dumped by the same 3 retial investors it may drop a .01 or .02 but it will stabalize far quicker. A tiny float is a double edge sword. The good thing is since July 2013 although the converts were extremely painful at the time it added the the float over 55m more shares and gave RETAIL INVESTORS THE ABILITY TO BUY CHEAP STOCK OVER THE LAST 18 MONTHS IF THEY BOUGHT A FEW SHARES HIGHER BACK IN 2013. In the last 18 months retail investors were able to buy shares between .09 to .21 cents and if they were truly long term investors whether core/non-core they could have lowereed their price dramatically if they bot like me .50 to $1.00 at that time. I will not look bought I believe there were 2m shares that traded at $1 july 10th to JUly 13th of 2013. SO IF 1M SHARES WERE BOUGHT AT $1 ( FLOAT WAS VERY VERY TINY AT THE TIME) MOST RETAIL DO NOT BUY 50K AT A TIME AT $1 AS THAT REPRESENTS 50K DOLLARS A GOOD CHUNK. i WOULD SAY ALL THE BUYING WAS RETAIL AND IF 100 PEOPLE BOUGHT 10K DOLLARS AT A TIME AT $1 AND ON jULY 12TH 2013 WENT DOWN TO .40 REPRESENTING A 6K LOSS THEY HAD OVER 18 MONTHS TO MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION WHETHER TO CUT BAIT OR NOT. mORE THAN LIKELY ANYONE WHO BOUGHT THEIR 1ST SHARES AT $1 DID NOT FOLLOW IT ALL THE WAY DOWN TO .08 CENTS AS THERE WAS AMPLE OPPORTUNITIES TO SELL AT .50 CENTS AMD LOSE ONLY 5K DOLLARS. AND ITS VERY UNLIKELY THAT 100 NEW PEOPLE BOUGHT ALL AT THE HIGH AT $1 AND ALL SOLD AT .08 CENTS IN FACT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. FURTHERMORE A GROUP CAME OUT FROM .55 MR AND BULKED IT UP TO $1.00 IN 2 TO 3 DAYS THEN ON MONDAY SAID TIME TO MOVE ON ON LICK OUR WOUNDS.

Bottom Line: if we do 5m ifor January the stock will receive far more attention as all systems go for a good # of reasons. #1 it will show q1 we will earn .01 cents a share or more and comps from q1 of 2014 of losing .014 I believe and doing 400k in revs will be relaced with sterling #s. #2 It will clearly demonstrate that we went thru the Express Scripts gaunlet Phase 1 in July ( not a fair evaluation as base was 800k per month) however phase 2 sept fair evauation we did approx 5m not impacted. IF WE HIT 5M DOLLARS THIS STOCK AINT HITTING THE SWEET .16!!!!!!!!!!!! #3 BACK TO BACK TO BACK THE TREND THAT HEDGE FUNDS LOOK FOR IS SET!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN YOU SAY ADDITIONAL BUYING!!!! I BELIEVE THE HEDGE FUNDS MAY TAKE A PAUSE HER THE NEXT 15 DAYS. WHY??????????? THEY WANT TO SEE IMPERICAL EVIDENCE THAT JANUARY WILL NOT BE IMPACTED BY PHASE 3 WHICH INCIDENTIALLY STARTED JANUARY 1ST NOT THE 15TH THAT IS BEING REPORTED ERRORANOUSLY AT THE "DEN." #4 IF WE DO 5M FOR JANUARY FOR THE 1ST TIME IN SCRC'S HISTORY WE WILL BE STARTING OFF PROFITABLE FOR THE YEAR!!!!!!!!! IS THAT HUGE YOUR DAMN RIGHT IT IS!!!!!!!!!!!!

So you have 15 to 17 days to get ready for january's number. My call %m it comes there sometime in Feb we will see BLACKJACK AND I WILL TAKE OUT A FEW THERE I TRULY DON'T CARE. I ALSO WILL BE THE 1ST TO TAKE .22 AND GO OVER LIKE I DO AT VEGAS I AM THE BEST AT GETTING .22!!!!! I AM UPPING MY PREDICTION AND EXPECT TO SEE .22 BY FEB/MARCH.
