Great find, Rob.  So we learned that bashers are paid for replies, so ignoring would seem to help.  But the article also states that not countering their arguments will lead to more bad information being posted on boards than good, so it's kind of a Catch-22.  Reply to their arguments without mentioning them, or directly responding to their posts - that should do the trick.
