And, Treaty was suspended by the SEC for delinquent filings that occurred under Chris's watch. That is, by the way, a big red flag that something is amiss with a stock when they refuse to comply with filling 10-Q's and especially audited 10- K's .
The SEC would have asked for an explanation of why TECO wasn't filing those reports. The SEC obviously did not receive a satisfactory explanation from Chris and TECO was suspended by the SEC and relegated to the grey market.
