For that matter, I actually use Baltia's attorney in Washington to file the forms on my behalf.
Totally separate agreement with him than Baltia has, and I pay him from my own personal funds, but I figured he would have the best information right at hand in order to get the form filed correctly and on time.
Albert and Stephanie both work at the same law firm in DC and are really great people to talk to.
BTW...in answer to the ridiculous question "why a wire", my reply would be, because that is what Igor asked for................
