I understand exactly what wholly owned means, but i'm simply pointing out the inconsistencies between the two filings.
one suggests it's wholly owned, along with HEMP Tech which last I remember was 51% owned... The other filing STATES EXPLICITLY 75% owned.
It's inconsistencies like this that cause constant doubt about the supposedly "black and white" issues. FITX needs to stop contradicting itself.
