I'm speculating but I wonder if Calkin was suppose to bring a grow-op into GRCU as part of his job or share deal? Maybe he was working to do that with iKingdom, etc and couldn't pull it all together. Maybe it was desperation that got him mixed up with WTWO and Baker over certain opportunities to deliver? GRCU was advertising a agricultural or grow-op subsidiary last spring so I can only assume Calkin was suppose to facilitate that but failed. Hence the need for a CEO who can facilitate that opportunity.
