The first S1 was submitted, iirc, in early 2013 with several revisions that followed, then the SEC approved it in December of that year.
Once it's been approved, can the company submit any more revisions?
Or would it be necessary to just withdraw the original then file an entirely new S1.
This may be what has happened.
Maybe after the geologist reviewed the claims, more money is needed to begin or perhaps an international partner has been found which all requires a refiling of the IPO papers.
Hopefully, it can't be far off in the future because we longs are getting impatient.
