Timeline shows 11.5 days is average spread between PRs....so it is reasonable to think that a PR is due any day as the last was December 18,2014....
I am pretty convinced that a steady flow of PRs will hit over the next 8 weeks....
Calkins contract expires in 2 1/2 months..... so I would expect the merger to close by then and a share reduction to be announced ....would much rather hear a buyback but I would settle for a reduction....AIMHO..........
