I can, and will, take the time to explain how Treaty will not. Treaty is on the grey market and it will remain there till all SEC issues of fraud and delinquent filings are resolved. Best case would be around 2 years from now. Most likely case is it never happens, and is revoked by the SEC. Resolution of the fraud charges is the only way Treaty could get of the grey market. Then of course they need to go through the process of finding a market maker to sponsor them and file a form 211 with FINRA. FINRA will then need to approve that application with the SEC's blessing. A real long shot for sure.
