I think I am seeing the confusion with the license to grow and the license to sell. Two crops from the phase 1 license to grow must be completed to insure supply.....then, the license to sell may be had.
I am pretty sure I have that right, but, I could be wrong. GLTA
Oh, and one other thing.....according to H / C regs., Everyone must pass security clearance before a License will be permitted, and after, then before hired, must pass security clearance. Since some of the BOD was on Creative, they must still pass security for CEN. I am pretty sure of that, but, again, could be wrong.
