It seems painfully obvious to me right now that CEN is in the process of a spin off. While that is put in place the BOD must pass the security checks as they come online with CEN. Because we do not have all of that in place yet, and CEN is the one Appling for the License....you can't put the cart before the horse.
In my opinion, there is NO license YET. I do think the building is fine, but, the rest of the process needs to happen since we decided to spin off.
