The way I read those Globe articles it seems as though they are trying to persuade HC to not issue a license. They throw out all the garbage they make up about pr's and mention the SEC but they repeat themselves to and about HC several times. I would suggest they are trying to instill doubt into HC and of course investors.

Those are pretty disparaging remarks for a writer to put in print with no factual evidence in place which seems quite irresponsible by the author and the editor.

Who knows, maybe Cen Bio will pull in several more millions after the fact in a civil lawsuit for making such claims against them.
