I like how Gerald is leveraging MANF's obvious future success to make promising new acquisitions fairly cheaply....simply by offering them some of our shares. ESS was purchased that way and now this MS diagnostic.

People like getting shares of AMBS in return for their products. Gerald mentioned making "additions" to "buttress" the diagnostic division. I wonder if he has another diagnostic purchase to announce in the near future?
