yep i'd suspect RH didn't want to accept JB's departure at this stage of P2O's transition
personally i think *change* is a good thing ..
i suspect 2015 sees RH's departure as Ceo .. tho' i expect RH remains on the BoD ..
be interesting to see in what time frame to the *settlement* @ EO April >> the BoD gets seated
