This Should Be The Week We Find Out
We should know a great deal more this week. Have heard speculation that they have not submitted Form 10 yet, due to they are waiting for confirmation of Credit Lines by receiving the first tranche of funds.
The completion of credit lines is a big item for HHSE and is a material event for company that needs to be included in the Form 10, and is not easily changed if lines do not work out. So, this sounds plausible to me.
Should be a very telling week.
