It just might be to see if we can expand to the full 50 acres.
The Purchase of Assets states an effort to obtain the right to mine 50 acres.

The Ghana Land deal speaks of projections on only 25 acres, but does mention 50 total.

25 Acres @ $8.26 million p.10
