TECO has done a fine job of putting themselves out of business. The SEC is in control is right, but it is Treaty Energy that needs to make things right. Why did Chris ignore the SEC inquirys about the late fillings? Bet he gave them a line of crap that never materialized. The SEC does not suspend for delinquent filings unless the company did not cooperate or did not respond at all. This would have all taken place while Chris was supposedly in charge. Yep business as usual.
