TECO is not done yet! SEC is in control and unlike many like you trying to put the company out of business; the SEC's job is to give back to shareholders what has been lost. The SEC will either punish those who screwed shareholders if the courts rule in favor of the SEC or they will allow TECO to survive with the new management and do business as usual.
