KMA Global's "Annual General Meeting" (AGM) date is now scheduled for February 27, 2015. Event time and details of location will be shared in the next few weeks once final arrangements are resolved. Shareholder Proxies will be mailed out to all shareholders of record at least 30 days before our actual AGM takes place. Our planned meeting will consist of a Hybrid format which will allow investors to either interact with KMA management by participating in person or with our online venue.
I would personally like to thank the many who conveyed their prayers and good wishes to myself and my family over the past week.
