Amarantus reminds me of an ICEBERG in that there is far more to it below the surface than can be seen from above. It has incredible depth!
I looked up the origin of the word "Amarantus." It is a Latin word for the amaranth flower, which is derived from the Greek "amarantos" meaning "unfading."
"Unfading" is also how I view AMBS....for many years to come. Today the focus is on LymPro and the spin off of the diagnostic division. But very soon Eltoprazine's LID and ADHD trials will begin to manifest their importance and value. Then ESS. And of course with MANF we know that Retinitis and the "Eye Franchise" is incredibly promising, but how many more indications of MANF will enter into clinical trials in the coming years? 5 more? 10 more?
And what of Phenoguard? What surprises does it have in store for us?
"Amarantus" is an appropriate name for our company because it seems it's promise and potential will not be fading anytime soon.
But let's hope we get a little Amarantus nectar this next week!!
