because i've always seen dual uplisting
TSX for those in Canada
as well as (Naz or NYSE) >> US
as i understand it .. one member of the BoD
has to be a Canadian citizen for TSX uplist
which is why i presumed RH would remain on BoD
(transition) if BoD is seated and path pursued is uplisting
