key for me is BoD and when seated

i see key points being *buyers* as in plural in the pipeline
i see K (2014) filed in March
i see *legal* finalized @ EO April
then i see BoD seated in May (signal sh*ts can't ignore)
with AGM in June ..

so right now it's still approx 55/45 (buyout/uplist)

clearly i hope RH steps aside with BoD seated (remaining on BoD
which also allows for uplisting to TSX) and a street savvy mgmt
team is brought on board by mid 2015
