I am fairly confident that RXNB will become part of Cen. I doubt it will be a 'REVERSE', merger though. Perhaps just a merger, or one acquirer's the other which would be Cen doing the acquirering.
All of this is pure guess work until the company discloses what they want to do. Not much longer to wait now, so, I would advise patience. JMO GLTA
