Glad you found that....now, look at post 46513 which I posted just a little while ago.
Also note that the pro rata will be based on 'shares owned' individually. No one knows the structure of the shares yet into CEN with respect to float and assigned. I suspect that it will be totally different than the Creative structure in that Bill's aim is to up list to a higher exchange. JMO GLTA
