So here's the deal ... Bill no longer has any say in creative... No super voting rights .. No executive position ... No director position. He is a regular shareholder like the rest of you. HOWEVER he is the president, CEO and sole director of CEN BIOTECH, a wholly owned subsidiary of creative edge. When it is spunoff it will be its own publicly traded company... The shares all of which will be distributed to creatives shareholders as of a x dividend date. This will be distributed prorata based on the number of shares issued ... Not the number of shares outstanding. So the increase won't affect it unless james issues more shares. Which is highly unlikely until after the xdividend date has passed. Just my 2 cents ...
