My prediction....

Eco will be running the NF plant as the pilot plant. Anyone wanna bet?

We all know how long it takes for PTOI to build and or fix a processor. No way they start from scratch for a pilot test run.

Eco will be paying the bills to basically have a 120 day test run....in Niagara Falls.

Watch and see,folks.

Nothing else makes sense, IMO.
