I may be wrong, as I'm just going off memory here...
3.5 billion was the old A/S with 3.47 billion outstanding. I would seriously just be guessing the old float. Anyway, that's just an increase of 30 million shares outstanding. New CEO sign on bonus?
1.3 billion increase in A/S count. (A lot for any reason, in my book.)
