The trading volume has come down to remarkably low levels, and that is mainly attributable, IMO, to the long wait that shareholders have been enduring. When prices have neared the $1 level, strong support has shown up. More patience may be needed, but when those "major material events" get announced, the upside will probably materialize as well as in terms of progress by the company – on the chart.
