Audited financials show the transparency needed to get more buyers interested in "investing" in the stock. It also allows for the uplisting to higher exchanges which brings more (institutional and retail) investors into the mix.
Keep in mind, there is a track record for not getting the financials completed despite being announced they would be. Another reason to get them completed!
With the incredible positive momentum going from UltraFlix, Vegas 2047, etc., the pop this will bring can't be underestimated or over stated.
