I remember at least 2 PR's maybe 3 where they stated the SEC had questions regarding what i would call "deficiencies" (do not recall the the actual term they used) where it started out at around 50 or so, then the next PR stated their progress and the number was reduced to around 20 or so, until the final acceptance, which is why the process took 6 months going back and forth corresponding with the SEC. I looked for the old PR's in Etrade but I dont see where they go back that far. Outside of these PR's providing the feedback they received regarding the status of their amended S-1 I do not remember any other communications
