I called at 3:36 PM and just missed the mass exodis. It seems everyone left early because of the traffic conditions on the Van Wyke and Cross Island during the rush hour, especially with today's slippery driving conditions. I'll be calling again tomorrow and will post any new information of importance that they can divulge.
