Thanks SIO, and COFFEE. But, I do need to make some clarity in a statement I made. Even though I said all was just my opinion and view, I did say that the AUDITED FINANCIALS we're 'EXPECTED'.
EVERYONE, please understand that was just MY VIEW, and the company NEVER said that this round of financials would be AUDITED.
I arrived at that conclusion because the company stated they we're in the PROCESS of attempting the spin off. To me, that lead to the what I considered a reasonable conclusion that they would report the 'AUDITED' version. They may not. I do not know the plan.
