Are the 660 million shares owned by the Lorios, given by MPIX, in exchange for loan/s to the company for things like the physical plant that is supposed to be up and running soon, partnership agreements, etc? Those shares being restricted is good but restricted how? Timeline? Can one of you guys that is much better at this than me clear this up a bit? It does seem that there are people who stand to gain and lose quite a bit. INFO would be awesome.
