I've been a shareholder since January, 2014 i.e. almost one year as of 1/30/2015. New officers including Calkin were appointed and PR'D on 4/2/2014. Name and Ticker change from TTDZ to GRCU was formally PR'D on 5/27/2014 and CBD capsules were PR'D on 5/29/2014. The market is forward thinking so as you can see the stock ran based on these milestones during the month of May.
All you need to do is read the past PR'S and compare those dates to the historical price action. Much of the downtrend was caused by not keeping CBD capsules on their shelves for whatever reason. Another cause was PR'ing a Rico Suave release and some sort of "video production" by October, 2014 which didn't happen within the given timeline. GRCU management also mentioned 30 new products by 12/31 and I highly doubt it was Manipulation and the shorters playing on the fears of others is also ongoing. If GRCU can stick to perceived and advertised timelines such as the GCI merger and OTC uplist then the PPS should move north quickly. GRCU needs to Shut up, Put up, and Then speak which they seem to have a hard time doing. Personally I think management is a bit arrogant and they don't have a clue how the microcaps work. I don't care how successful a microcap company plans on becoming. If the T+3 shorts and Naked Short Sellers want the company out of business whether these shorting hedgies are working with MJ/MMJ competitors to help eliminate GRCU or not,time is not on their side. GRCU needs to get off their arses, start releasing more product "on time" and reduce the share structure and then uplist asap! I think it took them an approx. 11 months to figure it out but they are now on the right track.
