I'll spell it out one more time.

Ntek made claims that audits were priority. They claimed np1 for 2013. They made lots of claims.

That's pumping.

Then they didn't follow through and deliver them, in the case of the np1 they couldn't because it wasn't built yet.
That's bashing.

One can only speculate as to why, but money is usually involved.

Pp almost put his fingers on it when he said shorts are manipulating it.
But he can't quite figure out the actual people doing that.
He's figured out people manipulate it.
He's figured out people both pump and bash.
Maybe he'll figure out it's all the same party.
The only party that knew the np1 wasn't built when they said it was coming.
The only party in position to take advantage on the way up, and short on the way down because they knew their products weren't coming when they said.

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him realize it's water
