Pretty obvious ... but hey ... one question but dually interpretable (answer below delivers both dictions):
Why is this (so)?
Because they want a lower pps (1) of a (perhaps good) but (surely in many regards) amateurish and hence weak looking company - therefore easily bashable (2).
