Some food for thought.  If there is news on the horizon I prefer not to see it until the dust from the RS settles.  There seem to be only a select few that can trade fresh out of the RS and I really don't have an Uncle Mitt with a Cayman Island account so I'll be on the sidelines. I think my last RS took a full week for new shares to show up and have full access to trading. That one is nearly even after being down 50%.
