Prove you wrong? LF, the majority of your posts involve asking questions that cannot be answered. Why? The majority of us have similar questions, but we know we have to wait for the answers and many are comfortable with waiting and making their investment decisions from the info available.
Now you are asking questions about a transaction that at this point we don't even know if it involves CEN. You are making some assumptions with your statement/ questions.
You said, "help you understand the benefit"? None of us know at this point, so why ask?
you said, "preserve capital to protect parent company" ? again, at this point we don't even know if there is even a connection.
Nobody is closing their eyes/ Bird of Prey found uncovered some real estate transactions that may or may not involve CEN. That is far from closing eyes. That is eyes wide open looking.
I am sure there is a lot more going on here that cannot be understood by some real estate transaction docs. We are all speculating from the info available. You can take a negative, a positive, or a wait and see perspective. If you have a scenario that you believe from all the info out there, fine, present it and we can all discuss it. It is not hard to ask questions over and over that there is no available answer to.
