Hello all!

So I've been following this board for awhile now. I post now and then but I found that between college, working 2 jobs, planning a wedding, and training I have no time to catch up completely with everything that has been happening.

I skimmed this board and the Facebook pages. Could any of you kind people please give me cliff notes in plain English?

I have probably read most press releases and I read the interview by Big Addison. I'm just having troubles puting it together.
