Maybe the shares they "bought" were some of the cheapies issued to insiders sub penny. So the insider still made a lot of money and so did ntek, if ntek bought them from the insider for a penny while having sold the same amount for 4 cents. We don't know the details. But we do know that since 2013 shm they have only acted in a deceitful manner.
