While I agree with the statement, I want to cut Joel some slack here. I file twice a year in another state. Once for an LLC and once for an S Corporation. It takes a lot to run your own show, and for that I have a tremendous amount of respect for Joel. I have been as far as two years behind on my LLC registration filings. It happens. You get so focused on the business itself you just let the little things slip by. It's not the end of the world. No one is going to take away Joel's birthday. Will next years filing be late, I bet not. In the end, investors will win. I would help stay on top of things like this for the company in a flash. We all have a vested interest in the success of MNGG.
