The former ceo, (friend of drf), stole all the assets before selling the shell to drf. (According to ih hvel board mod penny something who still owns shares and is perusing legal action).
In spite of all the assets being removed and sold, with no shareholder "book value compensation ", there is no SEC action.
Hmmm. My source, the highest in ntek land, said I'm paranoid and that can't happen. Then he buys his buddies shell that had all the assets stolen to put his assets into.
No, really, I'm just paranoid to think we're gonna get screwed like his buddy screwed his shareholders.
