If they held off for tax reasons, I would anticipate Monday for official release. But they may still have a few loose ends to solidify before a releasing a PR. I guess we'll know on Monday. My fingers and eyes are crossed in hopes that its Monday or at the very least sometime next week.

I do think the inventory of product will sell out quickly, so I'm hoping they are prepared to crank up the RICO factory to meet demand if that happens. Would also be nice to see the caps back in stock too. Those two things alone could launch us northward IMO.
