The only thing that held it back was reduced defense spending last 2-3 years, which seems to be set to go back up now (Russia, ISIS, NATO and US...), and that would return $OPXS to a positive PE overnight. They have paid off a lot of debt, and bought two suppliers last year, and tightened their belts and have a huge cash stash, and a huge back order log.
