With the talent and experience the company has on board I am pretty sure they are not developing product and hoping it sells. I am sure due diligence has been done and they have a clear plan to bring to market and are in communications with potential buyers. This is biotech and things take time, not consumer electronics where you can put out a product with bugs and fix it with an update later. This is an old term that is worn but "Patience is a virtue".
