Another reason(s) to not expect much compensation for gaming assets;

The gaming assets are mostly intellectual. So basically they're worth whatever ntek says they're worth.
The pps is low, so compensation will be low.

Make no mistake. Gaming division will bring in tens of millions in revenues, if not hundreds of millions.

Nteks and hvel officers will get millions in newly issued shares and rake in fortunes.

We, on the other hand, will get shit on. Again.

Like i said. I can think of only one reason to spin off gaming.
To cut us shareholders out of the windfall.
If ntek officers had moral character, gaming would remain part of ntek.
There is only one reason to screw us.
Money.
And, if my source is correct, and i have no reason to doubt he is who he says he is,
