Draw you own conclusions BUT ... We know 200 Million purchased a 30% share (175 increase in O/S plus someones 25 Mil )... NOW an additional 150 Million... If my calculations are correct AND if they used it to purchase more than GRDO now owns 51% of PARKER !!!!
